This is two  videos of a method I have developed and used for a couple of decades to cast far and accurate with a pin.  In the first cast a Drennan 2.5 oz feeder is used which is the one I always use.  Sometimes with an extra 2.5 oz weight inside during high water


Video 1. The cast performed fast showing the feeder land tight to the island.  I was in the way the first time, removing the pin, casting and replacing pin only takes around 6 seconds.

I hope you enjoy them, the technique takes a bit of practice but is well worth learning. The difficult part is using the same hand that holds the reel to feather the line to brake!
